These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the website and services offered by APJ Digital Solutions LLP. By accessing our platform or generating an online quotation, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotations & Scope of Work

Quotations generated via the Smart Growth Plan Builder constitute preliminary commercial estimates based on user-provided inputs. All official contracts are formalized through an executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). Estimates remain valid for 30 calendar days.

2. Intellectual Property

All custom source code, design assets, and video content created for clients are transferred upon complete settlement of project invoices according to project milestones.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
